I have managed the Fresno County Public Administrator’s Office; whose sole focus was to administer estates through the California probate courts. I have secured designation through the National Association of Realtors as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and certification through the Public Administrator/Public Guardian/Public Conservator Association, which is the highest level of public administrator certification in the State of California. Overseeing more than 500 estates, I supervised a team of sworn deputies who were responsible for handling estate affairs, which included financial management, estate disposal, and managing/selling commercial and residential properties.
